Hello. Hi. Welcome.

If you’re here that means you are taking steps to support your mental health. That’s HUGE. This can be the hardest part for some people. Somewhere along the line, we learned it is not ok to ask for help. But there is no need to go it alone. As humans we are wired for connection. In many situations we actually need relationships and community to come to know who we truly are. So let’s begin.

I am passionate about supporting people in coming home to their bodies, providing a space where you can be heard and held without judgement. With a a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and additional training in somatic therapy and bodywork, I am here to help you put down the burden you may not even realize you are holding.
